Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

around September 1, 2018, the Defendant posted a video file of the title “F” in which multiple women and men who have suffered school uniforms together on the bulletin board of the Internet site “D,” and made it possible for unspecified number of users to view the above images, thereby openly displaying obscene images via an information and communications network.

From May 2018 to August 2018, the Defendant openly displayed and distributed obscene video works via an information and communications network by allowing a large number of unspecified persons who have joined the said website to peruse or download the said obscene video works, including by displaying a total of 183 obscene video works, and by allowing them to have a large number of unspecified persons who have joined the said site as members, to have access to the said obscene video works, by accessing the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul and the Defendant’s house in subparagraph (C) to Adidi, “H” on the Internet website, which is an Internet G site, and posting “J” a video file for sexual intercourse with adults.

No person of the 2019 Highis90 shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit obscene codes, words, sound, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network.

Around August 3, 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul building and the Defendant’s house, connected “K” as a computer to an Internet video sharing site (hereinafter “G site”) and posted a video file containing a sexual intercourse with a male and female sexual intercourse by exposing a sexual organ on the bulletin board so that many unspecified people accessing the said site can receive a set of points only when they pay a certain point, and at the same place from that time until September 3, 2018, they have sexual intercourse with a male and female sexual intercourse by exposing a sexual organ in the same manner in the same manner as shown in the attached list of crimes (K).
