Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2019 Highest 1652" shall distribute, sell, lease, or openly display obscene codes, letters, sound, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network.

No person of "2019 Highest 1736" shall distribute, sell, rent, or openly exhibit obscene codes, words, sound, images, or motion pictures through an information and communications network.

1. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant engaged in the crime involving K-related crimes, by linking the obscenity via a computer to K (L) which is an Internet web site, at his/her own residential premises of Ildong-gu C and Dong-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the Defendant opened the screen pictures with sexual intercourse between men and women whose title “N”, and displayed obscene images via an information and communications network at least 103 times in total from March 4, 2019.

2. On December 30, 2018, the Defendant committing an O-related crime is a “F” at a place, such as Paragraph 1, which is a computer, to the Internet web site (P).
