1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 9,300,000 to the Plaintiff and Defendant A with respect thereto from July 8, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. In order to stabilize the residential life of vulnerable people, such as recipients of basic living expenses, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the housing owner with a lease agreement, and performed a housing support project to lease the lease to the occupants.

B. On May 16, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant A, a licensed real estate agent, to lease the fourth floor C multi-family house (hereinafter “instant building”) with deposit deposit of KRW 50,00,000, and the lease period from May 27, 2013 to May 26, 2015, and the tenant D (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and completed the move-in report on the instant leased house on May 27, 2013.

D. Meanwhile, at the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the description of the object of brokerage issued by Defendant A stated “600,000,000 won for the maximum amount of the claim” in the register in the column of legal relationship, and the description of the right in the item column of the right that is not published on the register is indicated “10,000,000 won for the highest amount of the claim.”
