1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 19,50,000 and Defendant C with respect thereto from September 26, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) On December 12, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant C as a broker of Defendant C, Daegu-gu E-ground building (hereinafter “instant building”) between Daegu-gu and D.

As to subparagraph 301 of this Article, a lease agreement with a deposit of KRW 65 million, monthly rent of KRW 50,000, and term of lease from January 3, 2012 to January 2, 2014 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

(2) The Plaintiff concluded a contract. (2) The Plaintiff paid the remainder KRW 25 million on December 30, 201, and the intermediate payment KRW 33.5 million on the date and following the date of the contract, and on January 3, 2012, respectively, on the lease deposit.

B. Auction procedure 1) D sold the instant building to F on November 13, 2012, and F completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant building on November 15, 2012. Thereafter, G, a tenant of the instant building 201, filed a lawsuit claiming the return of deposit of KRW 75 million against F on July 30, 2013, as the Seo-gu District Court Branch Branch Decision 2013Da21844, the Daegu District Court Branch Decision 2013Da21844. F applied for a compulsory auction of real estate with the claimed amount of KRW 58,940,410 on February 21, 2014, and on the same day, the order to commence a compulsory auction of real estate was issued to H of Daegu District Court (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”).

(2) As a result of appraisal in the instant auction procedure, the value of the instant building and land was appraised to KRW 822,297,720, and the instant building and land were sold to KRW 622,200,000 on July 22, 2014, and the final decision of permission for provisional sale was rendered on July 29, 2014.
