1. Defendant A and the Korean War Veterans Association shall jointly serve as Defendant A and the Korean War Veterans Association KRW 66,500,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff as to this.

1. Basic facts

A. In order to stabilize the residential life of vulnerable people, such as recipients of basic living expenses, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the housing owner with a lease agreement, and performed a housing support project to lease the lease to the occupants.

B. On March 11, 2013, Defendant A entered into a lease contract with Defendant B (the de facto participant) and the F-real estate of Defendant C’s operation located in Young-gu, Young-gu (the employee of the said real estate was conducted by G), with respect to deposit KRW 70 million, and the period from March 22, 2013 to March 22, 2015, with respect to the F-real estate of the said real estate (the employee of the said real estate was in progress) owned by the Defendant B (hereinafter “instant house”), and the Plaintiff applied for the supply of the pre-lease rental housing to the Plaintiff as the pre-lease rental housing.

C. Accordingly, on April 5, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant A on April 22, 2013 to April 21, 2015 with respect to the instant housing, with a view to entering into a lease agreement with the content that: (a) the lease agreement was made between Defendant A and April 21, 2015; (b) the deposit money of KRW 70 million for lease on a deposit basis; and (c) the occupant A as the Defendant; and (d) drafted a letter of commitment to maintain opposing power to move his residence or not to move his resident registration after completing the resident registration of the instant housing from

On April 22, 2013, the Plaintiff paid KRW 66.5 million to Defendant B.

On the other hand, on April 22, 2013, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with Defendant A, who is working as a pastor, with the Korea War Veterans Association (hereinafter “Defendant church”), for the instant housing at issue (hereinafter “instant sales contract”), and the Defendant church completed the registration of ownership transfer regarding the instant housing on May 10, 2013.

E. Defendant A entered into a lease agreement with I on May 31, 2013 after he/she transferred his/her resident registration to the instant housing on April 11, 2013, and entered into the said lease agreement with I on the instant housing, and, on June 28, 2013, YYY-gu, Young-si.
