Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2017, around 20:00, in the Central Park toilet located in the area of 6th month in the territory of the Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon Arts, the N, received and stored 1 and 1 copy of the B-registered corporate bank C-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O

As a result, the defendant kept access media with the knowledge that it will be used for crime purpose or crime.

2. No one shall transfer or take over any access medium unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts in using or managing the access medium;
