Reasons

Punishment of the crime

In order to use it as a purchase, etc. of consumer products, the Defendant thought that he will use it by obtaining a credit card under his name B.

1. On June 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) drafted an application for membership of one card member to obtain a credit card, and signed on the “B” column of the applicant’s name.
