Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant: (a) discovered a private document forgery; (b) discovered the name of an infant B in military service and received a credit card to use the document; and (c) notified the Defendant of the personal information of B via a telephone call to the customer center as if the Defendant was B (hereinafter “one card”); and (d) applied for the issuance of a new credit card.
Therefore, on November 27, 2013, the Defendant entered “B” in the name column of the applicant in the written application for membership with a verification color, and gave rise to this to the said employee, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right to visit the Defendant’s office at Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul by the staff in charge of the delivery of the card at the Defendant’s office to present the written application for membership and the receipt of the card (hereinafter “member application”).
As a result, the Defendant forged one copy of “application for membership” in the name of “B”, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and exercised the same as the above-mentioned forged “application for membership” was duly formed.
2.
