A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 2015, the Defendant: (a) was lodging in a 103 room located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) was under the influence of alcohol, and (c) was destroyed by a flag with a wall equal to one million won in the market price owned by the victim E, which was installed at the same place without any particular reason.

2. Around July 2015, the Defendant said that, while working as an employee at a “H” salary factory operated by the victim G in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant said that “the Defendant would purchase the Lao and receive the premium from the Defendant on a monthly basis that he would pay the premium.”

However, the fact is that there is a lack of ordinary living cost and there is no intention or ability to pay the cost normally even if the victim purchases the Oral Ba and pays the premium, because of the economic difficulty, such as continuing to live a monthly wage from the victim.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, and deceiving the victim, obtained 1.7 million won of the market price purchased at around July 11, 2015 and acquired 1.7 million won of the market price, by deceiving the victim, and by inducing the victim to pay 300,000 won of the above Obane insurance premium, thereby acquiring the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount.

3. 4. The obstruction of performance of official duties and the injury of the Defendant, around 04:08 on September 30, 2015, attempt to catch the Defendant’s shot and arms, etc. and carry them inside the patrol car to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender by police officers belonging to the J District Police Station of Seoul Central Police Station, the police officers of the J District Police Station of Seoul Central District, who called out after receiving the Defendant’s notification that he assaults a female.
