Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on August 12, 201, the Defendant: (a) parked with a road that had been set up in the above parking lot in order to steals, in order to steals, from the Ulsan-gu C apartment underground parking lot, the Defendant cut off the above 150,000 won of the market price by driving the e-forest Round 125C Round, which was owned by the victim D; and (b) driving the Round 125C Katoba, which was parked by the Defendant.

2. Around 03:00 on August 15, 201, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim G-owned land of Ulsan-gu F lending, Ulsan-gu; and (b) in the foregoing manner, the Defendant stolen the Victim G-owned land of KRW 1,00,000 from one hundred and twenty five C cc.

On August 15, 201, at around 04:25, the Defendant 1257-1, driven a Hatoba in the street of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and 1257-1, carried the Hababa, thereby cutting off the handbabab in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,000 in the market price, which includes 30,000,000 won in cash and 150,000,000 won in the market price.

On August 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) cut off from the 109-dong underground parking lots of Ulsan-gu J building 109, Ulsan-gu to the said parking lot in order to steals, and, in the same manner as the above paragraph 1, cut off the Lone Star 125cc land equivalent to approximately KRW 500,000,000 in the market price owned by the Victim K.

5. Around 09:30 on August 17, 2011, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim M’s handbail in an amount equivalent to KRW 500,000,000 in the market price, which includes a cash of KRW 600,000,000, in front of the Gangseo-dong bus bus stops located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu; and (b) by means of the same manner as
