A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is the person engaging in driving service of B.

At around 23:40 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol of 0.23:230% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant: (b) while driving the said car at a three-lane near the central and long-distance Gyeong-si, Changwon-si; (c) while driving the said car at an insular speed depending on the motor vehicle as the bar bar located in the Gu Gyeong-gu, Chang-si; (d) while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was unable to properly perform the duty of Jeonju City and the operation duty of steering devices and brake devices while driving the motor vehicle at the center, and caused the victim C (51 years old) to suffer injury, such as salt in need of a confection for about 3 weeks treatment; and (e) while taking care of the victim’s 27 years old taxi, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, and caused the victim C to take part of the said passenger vehicle at around the 51 week.

2. The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.230% at the time and time set forth in the preceding paragraph, driven a saba car described in the preceding paragraph at the section of about 10 kilometers from the nearest road of the "Calgalg" at Changwon-si to the place of the accident described in the preceding paragraph.
