2. Determination on the plaintiffs' claims

A. Since the compensation recognized in the adjudication procedure for each of the lands of this case by the plaintiffs is excessively low, the defendant should pay the plaintiffs additional compensation for losses as stated in the purport of the claim in addition to the compensation for losses recognized in the above procedure.

B. The appraisal results submitted by an appraiser under the entrustment of the court of relevant legal principles on the basis of professional knowledge and experience are considerably important in the process.

If the other party does not submit objective data to conceal its credibility, it shall not be readily rejected only on the basis of pointing out the possibility of minor errors that can be found in the appraisal process, etc., and the result of the appraiser's appraisal is contrary to the rule of experience or rationality.
