A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

(1)The Defendant, as a person operating theC, conspired to acquire the purchase price from each purchaser by means of acquiring KRW 30 million per unit of purchase, as if he could obtain the occupancy right to national rental housing in the D Housing Site Development Zone, with E, which is the chairman of the D Superficies Countermeasure Committee.

However, in fact, the owner of an unauthorized bank is not eligible for the right to occupy the national rental housing, and the victims did not have resided in the above bank one year prior to the date of the public inspection of redevelopment, and it can be easily confirmed that the victims did not reside in the above bank through the on-site inspection by the employees of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation. Therefore, the victims were unable to obtain the right to occupy the national rental housing from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, and the Defendant and E are also by other means.
