1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 19, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Around December 6, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 60,000,00 to the Defendant on or after the due date for payment of KRW 60,000 to the Defendant on or after two years thereafter does not conflict between the parties, or may be recognized by the purport of the evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 19, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant, as requested by the Plaintiff, as the repayment period for the loan KRW 60,000,000,000.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
