1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from April 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff is jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 with the due date set on October 11, 2012, and KRW 60,000 with the due date set on October 31, 2012, and Defendant C has jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation by Defendant C; and the Plaintiff extended the due date on May 16, 2013 with the due date set on December 31, 2013. Accordingly, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at each rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable. It is so decided as per Disposition.
