1. The defendant shall pay 50,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from February 13, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the statements Nos. 1 and 2, the Defendant may recognize the fact that the Defendant borrowed 50 million won from the Plaintiff on April 17, 2012 as the maturity date for payment on May 1, 2013.
2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the interest in arrears calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from February 13, 2020 to the day of complete payment, which is the following day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the defendant.
3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
