Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on November 28, 201, and on July 21, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the same court.
On February 7, 2015, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.096% in a section of about 3 km from a road where it is impossible to know whether it is located in the Do Council on the Do on the Do on the Do on the Do on the Do on the Do on the Do on the street in the same city on the street.
