A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and currently is in the enforcement of the above sentence in Seoul Southern District Court.

(1) On March 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor; (b) on March 24, 2014, the Seoul Southern Detention House located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (c) on October 1, 2009, C was actually operated by the Defendant, C; and (d) on October 1, 2009, 200 million won borrowed from the Defendant, C was able to pay monthly benefits to the Defendant; (b) on March 24, 2014, C, who borrowed the name of the Defendant as the representative director of D, was the actual operator of the said company; and (c) was sentenced to punishment by the Defendant as if the Defendant was using the said 200 million won as a false witness; and (d) was present at the Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office to ask questions, such as Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office, and (e) was 100 million won, and (e) the Defendant’s testimony was 200 million won and 700 million won as a witness’s testimony.
