1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased C (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) is a deceased person who was under medical treatment by the Culture Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”); the Plaintiff’s spouse, Plaintiff B is the deceased’s children, and Plaintiff B is the deceased’s children.

B. On January 20, 2014, the Deceased’s pregnancy 32 weeks after the Plaintiff’s pregnancy 4th day of pregnancy (hereinafter “the Deceased”) was hospitalized in Dsanbu and received treatment from Dsanbu on January 30, 2014, while the Plaintiff was hospitalized in Dsanbu and was receiving treatment. As such, the Deceased’s symptoms showed symptoms from January 30, 2014, and observed the progress.

On February 2, 2014, at around 05:00, the defendant hospital was transferred to the defendant hospital on the same day after receiving a written request for a compromise that the Dsanbu's disease is suspected of being closed by showing severe climatic symptoms.

C. At the time the Deceased’s visit to the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital, the blood pressure was 136/82mHg, 116 mHg for beer, 20 mhhh for repulmon, and 38.0 for body temperature was measured at 116 times, 20 times for repulmon, and 38.0 for body temperature, and there was a view of converging the scope of pulmonary ray, and there was a situation where the scarcity appears to have been proved to have been affected by infection.

Around 10:00 on February 2, 2014, the Deceased was hospitalized in the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Cickdong of the Defendant Hospital (F doctor in charge). As a result of the dynamic gas analysis conducted on the Deceased, the oxygen pressure was measured at 37.00m Hg ( normal 80-100m Hgg) and 73.0% ( normal 95-100%) of oxygen was supplied to the Deceased, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital supplied the Deceased with 5L of oxygen, and re-scheduled the same blood gas analysis conducted at around 12:59 on the same day, and the oxygen pressure was measured at 35.3m Hg and oxygen 75.4%.

E. The breath’s pulmonary disorder was continued as the breath’s pulmonary disorder was found in the future of the Deceased.
