All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs are children of the deceased I (hereinafter “the deceased”).

Defendant School Foundation H (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Corporation”) operates the K Hospital in Busan CityJ (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”), and Defendant G served in the Defendant Hospital as an extracurricular doctor.
