Punishment of the crime
[The relationship and premise of the parties concerned] The victim D (the 33 years of age) was a North Korean separated resident, and was introduced from G to the "F" business in Pyeongtaek-si on November 16, 2013, and was transferred from H to the Defendant's wife, the nominal owner of the said "F" business, and operated the said "F" business, and the said I continued to operate the said "F" business.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
