Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a fwing freight vehicle B.

1. Around 09:00 on August 28, 2012, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.064% by driving the said vehicle, and driving the vehicle at approximately 2.5 km from the front side of the Gocheon-si High River Tracheon-si, Busan to the front side of the 658cheon Tricho Tri-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Airport.

2. On August 28, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.064% of the blood alcohol concentration at around 09:00, and driving the said vehicle at the speed of 30 kilometers (in person’s statement) per hour depending on three lanes of the five lanes in the direction of opening the airport of Gangseo-gu Seoul in the direction of the distance of outer launch.

When there is a vehicle ahead of it in the same direction, drivers have the duty of care to ensure safety distance that can be avoided when the vehicle stops well, and to safely drive the vehicle before and after the stop.

Nevertheless, it is running ahead of the direction of the vehicle running by the defendant due to negligence of failing to perform the duty of her own in front.

The Defendant damaged property by occupational negligence so that the amount equivalent to KRW 532,446 of the cost of repairing damaged vehicles is equal to KRW 532,446.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without purchasing mandatory insurance around 09:00 on August 28, 2012, operated the said vehicle as the said vehicle.
