A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 4384" means that the Defendant acquired the personal information of the victim C and the victim D by an unlawful method, which is the owner of the house, using a cell phone and credit card in the name of the victims.

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On September 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) indicated the item in the item column of new subscription information column in the form of a service contract located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, using a verification color pen; (b) stated the item in the item column of new subscription information column as “D” to the applicant’s customer column; and (c) signed as “D” next to that name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of a new service contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and at the same time, issued a forged new service contract to F business owners who are aware of such forgery as if it were a document duly formed, and used it as if it were a document to be duly formed, and accordingly forged the application form for cell phone admission, etc. for three times from around October 4, 2013 as shown in the attached crime list 1, and exercised it.

B. On September 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested that the Defendant in the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu L-gu L-gu L-based I receive a credit card instead of a credit card; and (b) requested I to sign the “D” on the applicant and the recipient column by using a typesetting pen on the application form for membership of the SSK Card and the card receipt form.

As a result, the Defendant forges the application form for membership of the SK Card and the card receipt form in the name of D related to the rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising, and at that time, used it by allowing the above I to deliver the forged SK Card receipt to the person in charge of delivery of the SK Card as if it was a document duly formed.
