A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 2018 Gohap 22 and the person requesting an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) had sexual intercourse with the victim who is of intellectual disability 3 with the birth of the victim C(M, 26 years of age) who lacks recognition ability, with the birth of the victim C(S, 26 years of age), with the intention of having sexual intercourse with the victim.

1. On November 201, 2016, the Defendant, at around 02:00, was sexual intercourse by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim, who was divingd in a ward, at the Defendant’s residence, at the Defendant’s room. The Defendant: (a) laid down the victim on the bed; (b) laid down the victim on the bed; (c) laid off the bed; and (d) cut off the victim’s chest and sound part; and (c) inserting the diesel with the Defendant’s sexual organ at the time of the victim’s sexual organ refusing to read “non-bed, Afla,” and inserting the diesel.

2. On July 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant, at the above location at around 02:00, made sexual intercourse by inserting the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ in the victim’s sexual organ and inserting the victim’s clothes on the part of the Defendant’s room, and inserting the victim’s clothes into the victim’s sexual organ.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourses over two occasions with a victim with mental disability by force.

[Attachment 2018 Gohap 24] On August 10, 2017, the Defendant taken photographs of the body parts of the victims by inserting the observer mobile phone owned by the Defendant into the lower body part of the injured party, after the victim’s name was unexplodedd by f, i.e., f., taking the observer’s cell phone, and photographing the observer’s body part from November 11, 2017 until November 11, 2017, from the date of the crime Nos. 1 through 15, Nos. 69, 70 among the 16, net 18 to 27, using the same method as above.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame against their will.
