1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (e.g., deceptive schemes, etc. against the disabled) was aware of the fact that the Defendant was aware of the victim C (n, 20 years of age) with hearing disability 2, around July 2014, and that the victim was a deaf-mute who was unable to hear and speak due to disability.

A. On September 2014, the Defendant committed a crime on September 2014, at the residence of the Defendant in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, 22:00 around Sep. 2014, the Defendant: (a) enticed the victim who had been talked by causing a simple desire, before the Defendant’s residence; (b) moved into the Defendant’s residence; and (c) went out into the Defendant’s residence; and (d) kis the victim who could not hear the horses due to a hearing impairment.
