A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

around 21:00 on April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) divided the type of the victim C (the age of 17) who was a juvenile with a usual knowledge at the defendant’s house located in the apartment unit of Seongdong-gu, Sungnam-si, with alcohol, and decided to have sexual intercourse with the victim by reporting the form of the victim who was unable to resist under the influence of alcohol; (b) making the victim sit on the part of the bed on the bed; (c) holding the victim sit on the bed on the bed; and (d) holding the victim under the influence of alcohol; (d) putting the victim on the bed on the bed part of the bed; and (e) putting the ma of the victim on the bed; and (e) having sexual intercourse with the Costk and panty.

Accordingly, the defendant has sexual intercourse with the victim by taking advantage of the victim's failure to resist.

On February 5, 2015, the Defendant 2015, 2015, 130, brought the victims D(F, 17 years of age) known to the general public, and went back to a room in front of the “F” located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.

At around 07:00 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down the victim’s shoulder, who was seated in the said “F” room, and laid down the victim’s shoulder on the bed; (b) prevented the victim from taking the victim’s seat and panty in his/her hands; (c) laid off the victim’s bed and pande the victim’s panty; and (d) continued to take one hand, she embling the victim with one hand, she embling the victim’s sound, and embling the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual flag, and raped the victim as a juvenile.
