The punishment of defendants shall be three years.

Punishment of the crime

From October 22, 1998 to January 11, 2000, the Defendant was in charge of the business of mediating stocks and futures options at the branches D of the Sejong Securities Co., Ltd. (UF No. 23, Feb. 23, 2006; hereinafter “PF securities”).

The Defendant was in the possession of shares upon consignment from E in the course of performing the business of buying and selling shares and selling futures options, and as a result, there were significant losses to customers he manages.

E’s seal, truster card (F), futures option card (G) to withdraw E’s investment money and to make up for the loss of other customers.

1. Crimes related to an application for withdrawal;

A. On December 15, 1998, the Defendant of a private document forgery: (a) on an application form for withdrawal at a three-dimensional D branch in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building for the purpose of withdrawing money; and (b) on an “E” and the name “E” and owned adjacent thereto for the purpose of withdrawing money at a point in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building.

E’s seal has been affixed.

However, the defendant did not have any authority to prepare an application for withdrawal in the name of E.

The Defendant, as well as this, forged an application form for withdrawal of the victim E name, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, in the same way 11 times from that date to December 1, 1999.

B. The Defendant submitted an application for withdrawal made in accordance with the foregoing mind at the above date, time, and place, as if he were well as an employee in charge of withdrawal at D branch offices without knowledge of such circumstance.

The Defendant, as well as this, submitted to the employee in charge of the withdrawal of the E name forged by the foregoing method 11 times from that date to December 1, 1999, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form D.

The Defendant held a 11 copy of the request for withdrawal of the victim E name so forged.

The defendant is found to have prepared the above-mentioned application for withdrawal at the same time and place.
