[Defendant CM] Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인들은 성명불상자와 공모하여 2012. 2. 24.경부터 2012. 3. 13.경까지 위 CR 게임랜드게임장에서, 개ㆍ변조된 황금불새 게임기 50대를 설치하여 그곳 손님들로 하여금 위 게임기를 이용하도록 하되 미션을 완료하여 획득한 점수가 5천점이 되면 경품이 배출되는 내용으로 등급분류를 받은 황금불새 게임기와는 달리 손님들의 선택과 관계없이 속칭 ‘똑딱이’로 불리는 자동진행장치를 사용하여 게임을 하도록 한 후 5천점을 획득하면 은책갈피를 1개씩 지급하고 손님들이 이를 환전을 담당하는 성명불상자에게 가져오면 손님들에게 현금 4,500원을 주는 등 환전해주었다.
