Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.245% of blood alcohol concentration, driven approximately KRW 7 km from the front of the restaurant in which the name of the white zone in the city of Kim Jong-si cannot be known, to the 2.5km away from the front of the restaurant in which the name of the white zone in the city of Kim Jong-si is located in the same city of public morals.
