On October 27, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven approximately 15 km from a waterway in front of the end-of-the-day Yansan-gu, Kim Jong-si to the right ahead of the net dynamic distance in Kim Jong-si, under the influence of alcohol content of the blood 0.136%.
