1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant A, 13,628,354 won, and 10,984,166 won, Defendant A, from August 4, 2017, and 2,63.

The plaintiff, who entered into a basic rental agreement, is a housing rental business operator who engages in a rental business after newly constructing G apartment (hereinafter referred to as "G apartment"), which is a private rental house with a scale of 600 households in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H 600.

The Defendants: (a) leased each of the relevant apartment units (G apartment units) of each of the following units (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant apartment units”) on the date specified below as “the lease deposit date” as indicated below; and (b) leased each of the relevant units of apartment units (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant apartment units”) on a five-year basis from the starting date of the designation period of occupancy deposit; (c) on the first day of the lease deposit, the amount indicated as “each of the relevant units of apartment units” as indicated below; and (d) on the first day of early 2011, the period of designation of occupancy deposit was set at five years from the starting date of the lease deposit; and (d) instead of converting the rent into the deposit in early 201 and not paying the monthly rent, the lease deposit was increased to the amount corresponding to each of the items stated as “after the change in the following table,

The term "a lease contract of each apartment of this case between the plaintiff and the defendants" is "a lease contract of this case".
