A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the husband of the mother C of the victim B (the family name, South, and the birth of February 2004) and the mother of the victim.

The victim was living together with the father-D, E on February 19, 2018, which was the only relative due to the death of E on February 19, 2018, and the mother C was in charge of the rearing of the victim, and was living together with the defendant at the house of Dong Young-si F.

Child Welfare Violation (Habitual Child Abuse)

A. C. From May 2018 to July 201, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s ambuck and bucks several times at the end of the third floor of the above C at approximately 21:30 square meters per week, on the ground that the victim does not listen well to the Defendant’s horse in the ordinary room, and thus, the victim’s bucks to his parents, which led his parents not to obey the Defendant’s horse. In order to prevent the victim from passing sound, the Defendant dumpeds the victim’s ambuck and bucks down the victim’s ambuck at the top of the floor.

As a result, the defendant habitually abused a child's body or physically abused a child's physical health and development.

Violation of the Child Welfare Act (Habitual Children's Sexual Harassment, etc.)

A. On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 4 times a week; (b) around 22:00, referring to the Defendant’s 3rd floor victim’s room at the above C’s house to eliminate the Defendant’s desire; (c) was off panty and placed on the floor; and (d) was off her part of the backhead of the victim’s sexual flag; and (d) was off her part of the victim’s ear.
