1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 24, 2014.

On October 2013, the Defendant sent a letter to C in the Seongdong-gu Incheon Detention Center located in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, stating that C would bring a philopon which was located far away from the Defendant’s place of residence, despite the fact that the Defendant delivered C with a philopon free of charge, and caused C to have C make a false testimony.
