1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is an affiliate church E, an incorporated foundation.

On September 6, 1981, the Defendant, at the time of its establishment, was in office as a master pastor from the time of the establishment of the Plaintiff (the name was “FIE” but the name was changed from December 5, 2005 to “BIE”) and resigned on November 1997.
