1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties to the defendant church is a church affiliated with the defendant foundation, and the plaintiff is a person who, on September 6, 1981, has been employed as a gathering officer since the establishment of the defendant church (the title was "E branch" at the time of its establishment, but the name was changed to the "C branch" on December 5, 2005) and retired on November 1997.

After that, on November 7, 1997, F was in office as the second member of the defendant church, and resigned on October 201, 2010. G was in office as the third member of the defendant church on October 26, 2010 and is currently in office until now.

B. On March 11, 1997, the Plaintiff prepared a document with the following contents, in which he/she is in office as a member of the office of the Defendant church, and as to the above document, a notary public prepared a certificate (Evidence A2; hereinafter referred to as the “certificate of this case”) with the No. 843 prepared by the Bupyeong General Law Office in 1997.

The plaintiff, who was a developer of the Etho-gu Etho-gu and was a teacher of the Etho-gu, U.S. mission, is registered in the name of the plaintiff in the name of the principal church of the church (the name of the H road in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, refers to the "Macheon-gu K, Incheon," the name of the H road), the house (I), and the Social Welfare Center (J of Incheon Bupyeong-gu), but since all the properties have been prepared for the contribution and integrity of the sexual chart, the plaintiff will donate them to the Etho-gu.
