A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From May 27, 2016 to March 1, 2017, the Defendant was serving as the head office and main combat volunteer volunteer group D, 21 B located in Gangseo-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gun, and confirmed that E is different from the general public by being placed in a living room, such as E (intelligent Index 77, adaptation disorder status) from the end of December 2016, and reported the situation as if E intentionally committed an indecent act against the Defendant, and reported E as if he intentionally committed an indecent act against the Defendant, the Defendant was able to take a leave as if he did not receive training, or as if he committed an indecent act, and applied for leave, and moved from the above living room to the right side of the E, and became a living together.

However, E did not commit an indecent act by intentionally knowing the above parts of the defendant's body when the defendant is in a living room for the above period.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to public officials for the purpose of having them receive criminal punishment or disciplinary action.

2. The Defendant’s indecent act committed by force, such as soldiers, etc., of the said court 2017 and 36, at the court of common military courts of the third unit of the military branch located in the 3rd unit of the Gangwon-do class on December 1, 2017.
