A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. The Defendant suffered injury or damage to property is between the victim B (n, 20 years of age) and the dynamics.

On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the street near the locking new students of the university in Songpa-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the ground that the victim did not contact with the Defendant; (b) destroyed the victim’s property by cutting off the opphone7 flus cell phone at the market price, which is the ownership of the victim; and (c) continuously carried the victim’s head debt into the Defendant’s vehicle in the vicinity of the victim’s head debt, carried the victim’s face into the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the Defendant’s operation vehicle in which the victim’s head debt was stored; and (d) caused the victim’s injury on the victim’s treatment days by taking the victim’s seat by hand and taking the victim’s knb in his hand.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. A. On July 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around July 14, 2018, the Defendant was in both cities; (b) around the roads near the Defendant’s residence; (c) from the roads near the Defendant’s residence in D; (d) through the residence of the above B located in Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul; and (d) around 72 km in Seoul, Seocho-gu, and around 72 km in Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, the Defendant driven JK3 car without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. On July 15, 2018, around July 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the said K3-car without obtaining a driver’s license, from around approximately 22.5 km to the road near the said Defendant’s residence.
