Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death, etc.) is a person engaging in driving a passenger car B i30.

On August 7, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at around 04:20, and driven the three-lanes in front of the Downwon located in Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, along the two-lanes from the distance of the air hill railroad station to the E-ray.

At the time, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol. In such a case, the Defendant had a duty of care to check the safety of the course and drive the vehicle in good mind.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so while under the influence of alcohol and neglected to do so, and instead neglected to do so, received the victim F (68 years of age, leisure) who crosses the road to the right side from the left side of the said car to the left side.

Ultimately, at around 05:15 on the same day as above by occupational negligence, the Defendant, even though having caused the death of the victim due to diversified damage, was stopped immediately and escaped without taking any measures, such as aiding the victim.

Around 04:20 on August 7, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.076% on blood alcohol level, running a vehicle B i30 meters from the road front of the H convenience store located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the E-ray located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu I.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a passenger car Bi30.

around 04:20 on August 7, 2018, the Defendant operated the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 400 meters from the front of the H convenience store located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the road located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu I.
