A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 26, 2014, at around 22:25, the Defendant taken one image and two photographs against his female will, using a cell phone device installed in the Defendant’s residence in Gwangju-dong-gu, where the Defendant takes a bath in his/her body at the victim D (Inn, 44 years of age)’s home room located adjacent to the Defendant.

2. On July 25, 2014, at around 22:06, the Defendant taken two videos and two photographs against the Defendant’s will against his/her will, in the same manner as Paragraph (1) at a place as Paragraph (1) in which the Defendant used his/her mobile phone to take a bath in a bath room in his/her residence.

3. On August 4, 2014, at around 18:59, the Defendant taken a video image once against his/her female’s will, using the Defendant’s cell phone in the same manner as Paragraph (1) at the same place as Paragraph (1).

4. On August 19, 2014, at around 17:40, the Defendant taken pictures and videos against the will of the women against the will of the women, using the cell phone equipment of the Defendant, located in the front of the Jeonnam High School located in 158-ro 8, Jeonnam High School, Gi-gu, Gwangju, by using the cell phone equipment of the victim E (the victim E, 17 years old), the victim F (n, 16 years old), and the victim F (the victim F, 16 years old).
