A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

around 02:00 on September 12, 2018, the Defendant, “(2019Gohap436)”, while smoking tobacco, such as the victim D (n.e., 16 years of age), committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by rhing the victim’s parts with a single hand.”

1. On May 15, 2019, the Defendant ordered food as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay food values to “H” operated by the victim G through app “nationals of delivery established in smartphones from the Seo-gu Daejeon Building F, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

However, even if the defendant ordered food, he did not have the ability to pay the price. Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and obtained the financial benefits equivalent to 20,000 won from the victim.

2. On May 16, 2019, the Defendant ordered food as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay food value by telephone to the “J” operated by the victim I at the place specified in paragraph (1) at around 21:44, May 16, 2019.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the ability to pay the price even if he received orders for food. Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of 25,300 won from the victim.

3. On May 18, 2019, the Defendant ordered food as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay food values in the “L operated by the Victim K” at the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 23:30 on May 18, 2019, in the same manner as that indicated in paragraph (1).

However, the defendant did not have the ability to pay the price even if he received an order for food, and, however, deceiving the victim as above and belongs to it.
