A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to fraud, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed on March 16, 2016 at the Ansan Prison.

A. If he/she received a 1st parallel of year, he/she received the 1st error from the injured party and received the 8,000 won of the price and received the 8,000 won by fraud.

2. At around 00:20 on April 18, 2016, Defendant 2152 ordered the victim’s “H’s G management in Ansan-si F, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, to pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order of alcohol or alcohol.

As a result, the Defendant received from the injured party an alcoholic beverage and a share equivalent to 14,500 won in market price.

3. At around 12:40 on May 7, 2016, Defendant 2375 ordered “K cafeteria” operated by the Victim J in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to pay the price despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she takes an order of alcohol or alcohol.
