Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[The Defendant, on February 9, 2017, was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment due to a special injury, etc. by the Daegu District Court. On May 8, 2018, the execution of the sentence was completed at the Daegu Prison. On May 8, 2018, the Defendant committed the following crimes under the status that (i) he/she was unable to discern things or make decisions due to his/her unknown illness; and (ii) he/she committed the following crimes.
[2018 Highest 3042] On May 25, 2018, the Defendant ordered food at a restaurant with the trade name of "D" operated by the victim C in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 21:00 on May 25, 2018, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the food value, and the Defendant was paid the food value, and the Defendant was provided with 2 horses equivalent to 38,000 won from the victim and acquired the pecuniary profit equivalent to that amount.

1. Fraud;
A. On June 6, 2018, the Defendant ordered food in G restaurants operated by the Victim F in the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, around 00:30 on June 6, 2018, as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the price, even if he/she was provided with food from the injured party.
As above, the Defendant was provided with food, such as by deceiving the victim and by murdering at the market price of 24,500 won in total from the victim’s seat.
B. On June 23, 2018, the Defendant ordered food as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the cost, even if he received food from the injured party, at the J restaurant run by the victim I in Daegu Suwon-gu H around 22:00.
As above, the Defendant was provided with food, such as a fireworks laves worth a total of 22,100 won in the market value, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim.
