Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who performs a contact with another person.

1. On October 17, 2015, in the C parking lot located in Suwon-gu, Busan, around 22:40 on October 17, 2015, the amount of parking fees was 3,719,300 won at the market price by citing net value, which is a dangerous object, for the reason that parking fees exceed the thought.
