A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:00 on January 31, 2018, the Defendant damaged special property: (a) on the elevator elevator of Pyeongtaek-si apartment; (b) on the ground that the same apartment resident made an examination against the Defendant; (c) on the ground that he/she sawd the Defendant; (d) on the ground that he/she was released by the victim D, who is a building manager, he/she was released by the iron monp and knife attached to the elevator, which is a dangerous object for an aesthetic depression

On February 10, 2018, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around 19:40 on February 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) spite a flagrant offender at the time when he was arrested from Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station E detailsF of the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, and from G on suspicion of property damage to the site after receiving a report 112; (b) spits down two the face of the above background F; (c) spit a spitf in twice; (d) spit in the face of the above border G; (e) spit in one time with the head of the above border; and (e) continued to spit in the patrol; and (e) spit in two times after spiting the buck, “the same year”; and (e) the Defendant reported the debris treatment of the spit to F on two occasions and interfere with the Defendant’s lawful arrest and treatment of the spit.

3. On February 15, 2018, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1 around February 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) got off the apartment entrance, which is a dangerous object, managed by the victim H, who is a building management, without any justifiable reason; (b) but was attempted due to the failure of the above glass.
