Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 28, 201, the victim B was employed in the D cafeteria operated by the victim B in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and was engaged in delivery employees, such as delivering the ordered food, collecting the price, etc.

At around 20:00 on January 3, 2012, the Defendant collected 300,000 won for food at the above D cafeteria and embezzled the above money for personal use at around that time, without returning it to the victim.

2. Around January 10, 2012, the Defendant was employed in the G cafeteria operated by the Victim E in the west-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and was engaged in delivery work, such as delivering the ordered food, collecting the price, etc.

The Defendant collected KRW 329,500 from the above date, time and place, and embezzled the above money for personal purposes at around that time, without returning it to the victim.

3. Victims H;

A. At around 15:40 on January 14, 2012, the Defendant was engaged in delivery employees, such as delivering the ordered food and having been employed in the J-cafeteria operated by the victim H in the Donsan-si of North Korea, the Defendant, as a delivery employee.

The Defendant collected KRW 33,500 from the above date, time, place, and embezzled the above money for personal purposes at around that time, without returning it to the victim.

B. The Defendant: (a) committed theft with CT100 Oba in the market price of KRW 1,200,000 owned by the victim H at the time and place of paragraph (3) of the same Article; and (b) committed theft.

4. Around 19:00 on January 21, 2012, the Defendant served as a delivery employee, such as delivering the ordered food and having been employed in the m restaurant operated by the victim K in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and collecting the price.
