1. Of the judgment of the court of the first instance, Defendant CFB loses a stock company with money exceeding the following order to pay.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Contract 1) The Plaintiff and Defendant CBB Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant CBB”)
(1) On May 21, 2009, with respect to the construction of two solar power generation systems on each ground of 9 KW-3 on the surface of the surface of 474-1 and Myeon vibration 474-3, the construction cost of KRW 1.28 billion (excluding value-added tax) and the construction period from May 25, 2009 to August 20, 2009, with respect to the installation of two solar power generation systems, including solar power generation projects, the supply of materials, such as products of certified companies indicated in the estimate, installation and distribution of connection boxes, installation and distribution of rabter, solar power generation facilities and installation of solar power generation systems, such as solar power plant, and solar power assembly and distribution, are responsible and constructed by Defendant KSB (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

B. (1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant DabB had discussed the instant construction contract with the Plaintiff on February 2, 2009, and there was a discussion about the instant construction contract, and the Defendant Shick Energy System Korea Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Shick”).
(2) On April 28, 2009, Defendant Chock Co., Ltd. entered into a purchase agreement with Defendant Sshacker Co., Ltd. on the instant racker’s purchase of the instant racker.
C. 1) The completion of the construction work of Defendant Kpib completed the construction work of solar power plants under the instant contract on August 20, 2009 (hereinafter “No. 1 power plant” and “No. 2 power plant” with the power plant installed in Taechori 270-1 and vibration 474-3.
(2) 2) The instant power plant shall have a total of 660 rings power plants.
