Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2016, the Defendant ordered food of KRW 9,000,00, such as silent sugar, at around 18:00, as the Defendant would pay food values at the Epp, operated by D in the following cities:

D, with the knowledge that the defendant would pay a food value, provided food ordered by the defendant.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay food values he has food.

The Defendant got 9,000 won proprietary benefits by deceiving the victim D.
