Punishment of the crime

At around 11:00 on November 23, 2015, the Defendant ordered the victim B to food amounting to KRW 9,000,000, including 1studs and 1st soldier's disease, as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the food cost even if he ordered the food, the Defendant ordered the victim B to pay the food value.
