A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 18, 2015, around 04:47, the Defendant received 112 declarations on the ground that the taxi engineer E and the taxi rate were the problem at the front of the “D” week in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. 3.
