A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 22, 2014, at least 22:45 on September 22, 2014, the Defendant injured the victim D, who was passing through the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul, without any justifiable reason, inflicted injury on the victim D by the number of days of treatment in which the victim’s face, etc. is cut off due to drinking and breathing, while taking a bath, such as “alls of the elderly shall be dead.”

At the F District Office of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around the time and time indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant insultd the victim H, a police officer, by openly citing a large amount of sound for about one hour on the following grounds: “I see a large number of police officers and two people, such as Mala 119 Safety Center G first responders, etc., and then, I am dead. Mala Mala Mala Mala Mala Mala Mala Mana. I amba mama. I amba, after undergoing internal investigation, I amba, I amba ma, I amba, I am.”

3. On September 23, 2014, around 00:26, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender for committing an act set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 in front of the main office of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which was 89-ro 24, and was aboard the patrol vehicle; (b) tried to hear the speech that he would get off the patrol vehicle from the police H, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning criminal investigation, etc. by walking over one-time from the back of the back part of the H’s backlight.
